  Highland Hills United Church offers combined In-Person and Zoom services at 9:30 am. Masking is welcomed.

  Please be advised of a change in church office hours. 

  NEW office hours for HHUC will be Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 – 12:00 & 12:30 – 2:00.   Office email and phone messages will be picked up on Thursdays.

  Diner’s Club: Our Diner’s Club convener this year is Marie Lennard and it is being held on the second Thursday of every month; next one is on October 10th.  If you are interested in any future dinners, please call Marie to get on the calling list at 705-286-3037.

  Thanksgiving Food Bank Drive: September 22nd to October 13th You are invited to share food or money to purchase food for those in need.  Let’s help others enjoy Thanksgiving too. Money does go farther as Minden Community Food Centre gets the best price for food.

  Knitting For Warmth Tuesdays at 1:00 pm.  HHUC Lower Level.  For more information about KFW contact Mary at 705-286-5173.  

  The Unified Board Meeting Wednesday October 16th at 1:30 pm in the Lower Level.

  Love Singing?  Consider joining the Choir!  Melissa and the Choir are seeking new voices to sing the hymns and an anthem each Sunday plus to prepare for the Christmas Cantata.  Rehearsals are on Thursdays between 4:30 and 5:30 weekly.  Join us for a limited time until the end of December or continue on being pat of the choir family indefinitely.  All singing voices welcome!

  Haliburton County Folk Society are having a concert here at HHUC on Friday October 18th at 7 pm.

  Monday October 21st at 1:30 pm the UCW will meet in the Lower Level.

  Wednesday October 30th at 1:30 pm will be the Outreach Committee Meeting in the Choir Loft In Person and on Zoom.

  Sunday October 27th the Affirming Committee will host a Soup and Sandwich “Lunch & Learn” after church.

  Trinity United Church in Bobcaygeon is celebrating its anniversary service Sunday November 17th at 10:30 am.  Everyone is welcome and lunch will be served afterwards.  The guest speaker will be Tori Mullen.
