Highland Hills United Church offers combined In-Person and Zoom services at 9:30 am. Masking is welcomed.
It is that time of year again, when we update the HHUC Church Family Directory. If you have had any change of address or contact information, please contact the church office by the end of February. We hope to have the updated Directory ready for you in early March. Thanks for making this a priority as we strive to stay connected to one another.
Elder Wisdom Circle? will convene on February 19th and meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month as an on-going group. For more information you may call Rev. Anne at 705-489-2059 or Debbie at 705-928-8065.
You Are Invited…HOLNESS YOGA meets for their Winter Sessions in the Lower Level of HHUC January thru March 27th. If you are interested please email gailholness@gmail.com She will be happy to share with you the many options and details of her amazing classes.
Interested in becoming a new member of our church? We are planning a new members service for February 9th. Why not join with a friend; something you can do together and encourage each other. I already have two people willing to stand as new members. Please contact Rev. Max if you would like to become a member too.
Diner’s Club: Our Diner’s Club convener this year is Marie Lennard and it is being held on the second Thursday of every month; next one is on Thursday February 13th If you are interested in any future dinners, please call Marie to get on the calling list at 705-286-3037.

HHUC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: SUNDAY February 9th Immediately following the morning service in the Lower Level. We will enjoy coffee/snack as we gather, and we will offer a simple lunch following the meeting. Your attendance at this meeting is greatly appreciated.
Enjoy a soul-nourishing afternoon of poetry and music on the theme “Hope Springs Eternal” at Oakview Coliving. Free admission with a donation to Brooksong Retreat and Cancer Support Center. Sunday, February 9, 2pm (doors open at 1:30). Anne Hurley and Jim Videto [vi-DET-oh], Ottawa, known as Walk on the Wire, and Kate Marshall Flaherty, Toronto poet, offered a similar performance just over a year ago, drawing rave reviews from everyone who was there. PINK SHIRT DAY – ANTI-BULLYING Wednesday February 26th
“Places for People” will be having their annual Sleeping in Cars fundraiser and awareness campaign this year on March 21st and through the night to March 22nd. Rev.
